Job Title: Tech Lead (Full Stack) Location: Mohali, India Department: Web Development Experience: 8-12 years Position Summary As a Full Stack Web Development Team Lead, your primary role will be to oversee the entire web development process, from initial design and development to deployment and maintenance. You will manage a team of developers and ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Team Leadership & Project Management Lead and mentor a team of web developers, assign tasks, and provide guidance. Develop and implement technical solutions for web applications. Ensure code quality, documentation, and maintainability. Conduct regular code reviews and manage merge requests.
