Requirements for a Front End Developer Candidate Proven experience as a Front-End Developer (2+ years) Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and Tailwind CSS Experience with responsive web design principles Familiarity with accessibility best practices Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Soft Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and team members.
