Must-Have Skills: Strong understanding of state management (BLoC), Flutter flavors, and app architecture. In-depth experience with Dart asynchronous programming, utilizing Futures and Streams. Experience with creating and using Dart and Flutter packages, Flutter widgets, and custom plugins. Familiarity with common mobile design patterns like MVC, MVP, Singleton, Factory, and MVVM. Proficiency in mobile development tools such as code analyzers, layout inspectors, performance view, memory view, and multithreading. Experience with unit testing and UI testing for mobile apps. Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Fastlane, and AWS CodeBuild. Ability to work effectively in a remote software development environment. Experience in building apps for consumer goods is a bonus. Strong communication skills and consultative approach, with the ability to work independently and proactively.
