As a Graphic Designer, you will work across both digital and offline media to deliver creative designs for various projects. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio and the ability to work independently while paying attention to detail. Freshers need not apply. Key Responsibilities: Concept Development: Plan and develop concepts by studying relevant materials and information. Design Creation: Illustrate concepts by designing examples of layout, art arrangement, typography, and style, and submit for approval. Artwork Preparation: Create final designs using the necessary software and equipment. Collaboration: Work closely with external agencies, art services, web designers, marketing teams, printers, and colleagues to meet project needs. Team Contribution: Assist in team efforts by completing assigned tasks in a timely manner. Client Communication: Discuss design layout and provide updates to clients. Graphic Design: Create a wide range of visuals, including product illustrations, company logos, website designs, and more using tools like Photoshop. Review & Improve: Review final layouts and suggest improvements where necessary. Requirements: Education: Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design or a related field. Experience: Proven experience as a graphic designer or in a related role. Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design skills and projects. Software Proficiency: Expertise in desktop publishing tools such as Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and other relevant design software. Visual Composition: A strong eye for visual composition and design aesthetics. Time Management: Effective time management and the ability to meet deadlines. Feedback Handling: Able to give and receive constructive criticism to refine designs. Design Understanding: Knowledge of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
