Position: Assistant Manager Internal Audit Department: Internal Audit Location: Bhiwadi, Rajasthan Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Manager Internal Audit to support the development and execution of the internal audit plan. This role focuses on assessing risks, evaluating internal controls, and ensuring compliance across manufacturing operations, finance, procurement, and IT functions. The ideal candidate will help strengthen governance and drive improvements in operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Assist in developing the annual internal audit plan by identifying key risk areas within manufacturing processes, financial reporting, and operational activities. Conduct operational, financial, compliance, and IT audits within the manufacturing facility, ensuring timely completion and accurate documentation of audit findings. Support risk assessment processes by evaluating risk management and internal control effectiveness across functions like production, procurement, inventory, and finance. Review and assess the adequacy of internal controls to mitigate operational and financial risks. Prepare detailed audit reports that clearly communicate findings, observations, and recommendations. Present audit results to senior management and provide actionable insights to enhance processes and controls. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, production, procurement, and IT to gain process insights and identify risks. Qualifications & Skills: Qualified CA Inter or MBA with specialization in Finance. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good understanding of audit methodologies and internal control frameworks. Effective communication skills to articulate findings and recommendations. Ability to work collaboratively across departments and meet deadlines. Qualification : Qualified CA Inter or MBA with specialization in Finance.
