Job Title: Customer Integration / API / EDI Analyst Role Overview: The role of Customer Integration / API / EDI Analyst is to support customers in integrating customer data systems with the ERP systems. This is done through supporting API integrations, configuring and maintaining customer/partner EDI communications, and providing other integration data as needed. The Customer Integration team works directly with customers, third-party integrators, and internal departments. Key Responsibilities Provide integration support for the Vendor s API, validating proper setup and use when applicable. Analyse, design, and develop customer EDI integrations; including communication setup, map editing, and business rule processes. Attend team meetings as an active participant providing input on current issues/tasks and feedback on completed items. Communicate effectively with team members, end users, and customers. Monitor for errors within EDI Package (ARCESB Integration or Manual EDI Process). Work with customers on data integrity issues. Document processes and process changes. Act as a liaison between internal customers and external customers, researching and providing answers to data questions. Escalate items to management or software developers as needed. Minimum Qualifications A.S. (Associate Science) in Information Technologies (2021 or earlier graduation), 2 years of experience with EDI data, or 2 years of SQL/Database experience. Understanding of database structure and ability to query database elements for research. Ability to work in both a team environment and independently. Time Management skills. Analytical skills, the ability to solve problems that may come up during a typical work day. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with end users, customers, and management. Ability to communicate IT terminology to someone who does not understand technical terms. Fluent in English. Preferred Qualifications Understanding of structured data such as XML/JSON. Understanding of Web Services/API s (SOAP/REST). Database fundamentals including querying and updating tables using SQL. Roles & Responsibilities: WordPress Plugin Development: Must have excellent knowledge of WordPress plugin development and custom development to meet complex requirements. Ability to develop custom plugins that extend the functionality of WordPress as per client specifications. WordPress Architecture & Large-Scale Applications: Strong experience with WordPress, including exposure to large-scale WordPress applications, and a comprehensive understanding of the WordPress architecture. Ability to handle large-scale WordPress applications while ensuring performance and scalability. Performance & Security Optimization: Expertise in optimizing website performance for faster loading times and better user experience. Implement security best practices to safeguard WordPress websites from vulnerabilities. CMS Customization: Ability to convert complex requirements into WordPress CMS solutions and customize plugins for specific needs. Tailor WordPress installations to meet unique business needs by developing custom themes and plugins. WooCommerce Development & Customization: Must have hands-on experience working with WooCommerce, including customization for advanced functionalities such as product variations, shipping methods, payment gateways, etc. Theme Development & Customization: Experience in theme development, integration, and customization to tailor WordPress websites to client specifications. Develop responsive themes from scratch or customize existing themes to meet design and functionality needs. OOP Concepts: Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts to write clean, reusable, and maintainable code. Apply OOP principles to build scalable and modular WordPress solutions. Quick Problem Solving & Agility: Ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently and adapt quickly to new challenges. Provide fast, effective solutions to issues in both the development and live environments. Template Conversion: Expertise in converting templates (HTML to PHP) to integrate with WordPress and create dynamic, data-driven websites. Integrate static HTML templates into WordPress themes with minimal code changes. CMS Development Knowledge: Strong understanding of CMS development, including WordPress, and the flexibility to work with various customizations. Skills Required: Frontend Technologies: Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to ensure seamless design integration and front-end functionality. Knowledge of front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap or TailwindCSS is a plus. Backend Development: Strong knowledge of PHP and SQL to build custom functionality and interact with databases effectively. Experience with MySQL or other relational databases to optimize performance and maintain data integrity. Plugins & Theme Customization: Hands-on experience with WordPress plugins and theme customization to build feature-rich, dynamic websites. Knowledge of popular WordPress plugins and how to extend or integrate them into custom solutions. Qualification : Any Graduate
