Evaluate supplier quality documentation and conduct incoming material inspections for castings, forgings, and fabricated items. Implement and maintain Core Quality Tools: FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC, and PPAP, as applicable. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects, rework, and improve overall quality performance. Travel to supplier locations across Pune and other regions to support quality assurance activities. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline. Minimum 7 years of experience in QA/QC roles, preferably in heavy fabrication or capital equipment manufacturing. Strong expertise in fabrication, welding, and machining inspection.
