Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules, ensuring milestone deliveries are on track. Monitor the project schedule and ensure it is adhered to throughout the development cycle. Conduct daily stand-up meetings with development and QA teams to address progress, challenges, and feedback. Hold regular client meetings to gather feedback and ensure deliverables meet expectations. Initiate corrective actions when necessary to address any issues or delays. Lead and motivate teams to achieve project goals, maintaining high client satisfaction throughout the process. Preferred Skills Experience with database design. Software Expertise: Proficient in industry-standard animation tools such as Adobe Animate, Autodesk Maya, Blender, or equivalent.
