Job Title: Quality Control Trainee Location: Vadodara Experience: 0 1 Year Job Type: Full-time Role Overview We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Quality Control Trainees to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for fresh diploma graduates in mechanical or related fields who are eager to gain hands-on experience in quality control and inspection processes within a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Perform visual and dimensional inspections of components using VMM (Video Measuring Machine) and other precision instruments to ensure compliance with quality specifications. Assist in new product development by providing feedback on design improvements, material selections, and quality compliance. Create and maintain accurate documentation for inspection processes, test protocols, and product evaluation reports, ensuring alignment with internal standards and industry regulations. Support Statistical Process Control (SPC) efforts by collecting production data and performing basic trend analysis to monitor quality and process stability. Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying quality-related issues and providing data-driven insights. Participate in Measurement System Analysis (MSA) activities to evaluate the accuracy, repeatability, and reproducibility of inspection equipment. Review and interpret engineering drawings, ensuring products meet dimensional and tolerance requirements. Assist in revising or updating technical drawings as part of product changes or improvements. Preferred Candidate Profile Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline. Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply. Basic understanding of engineering drawings and technical specifications. Familiarity with VMM or other precision measurement tools is a plus (training will be provided if needed). Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.) for documentation and reporting.
