Responsibilities Design Leadership & Strategy Lead the design of Monetization experiences, focusing on both pre-purchase and post-purchase customer interactions, as well as sales-driven actions. Be a role model in applying user-centered design (UCD) methodologies and design principles to solve customer challenges. Cross-Functional Collaboration Lead cross-functional collaboration with product management, product development, and project management teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of design solutions. Team Leadership & Mentorship Lead and mentor a team of 2-3 full-time designers, helping them grow their design craft and develop key hard and soft skills. Qualifications Experience: 15-18 years of experience in interaction design, product design, service design, or related fields. At least 10 years of experience managing and leading UX/UI designers. Alternatively, a Certified Usability Analyst certification is also acceptable.
