Role Purpose: The purpose of this role is to bridge the gap between business and technology, providing solutions that meet client needs by leveraging both technical and functional expertise. Offer techno-functional guidance throughout the architectural design, coding, testing, and implementation phases. 4. ERP System Implementation: Understand both functional and technical designs to ensure the successful deployment of ERP solutions. Customize, extend, modify, and integrate existing products using coding, testing, and production techniques. Implement business processes and translate them into ERP solutions. 5. Product Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing product support and maintenance for ERP solutions, addressing technical problems and client queries. Develop and deploy automation tools to optimize processes and enhance efficiency. 6. Stakeholder Management and Collaboration: Act as the key point of contact between internal teams (lead consultants, project managers) and external clients. Provide advice, solutions, and updates to both clients and internal teams. 7. Skill Upgradation: Continuously upgrade skills by attending training sessions, seminars, and obtaining internal certifications. Contribute to knowledge sharing by writing papers, articles, and case studies for internal platforms.
