What Will Help You Succeed: We are looking for someone with experience across the full stack, but you don't need to match every technology listed. The following qualifications will help you thrive in this role: 8+ years of experience in a software engineering role, building high-availability, large-scale web applications. Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Mentorship experience with a proven track record of providing constructive feedback during code and design reviews. Ability to architect, scope, prioritize, estimate, and deliver projects while balancing speed with quality. Familiarity with programming languages such as: Ruby JavaScript/TypeScript SQL Experience with back-end frameworks and platforms such as: Ruby on Rails Apollo (GraphQL) Front-end framework experience, especially: React NextJS Familiarity with infrastructure technologies like: Postgres or other relational databases Docker AWS (Lambda, SQS, etc.) CloudFormation Passion for sustainability and a drive to contribute to a clean energy future.
