Responsibilities Team Leadership & Management Lead, mentor, and manage a team of customer support specialists focused on Shopalyst Ad Automation platform that integrates with popular media platforms. Set clear goals and objectives for the team and ensure consistent performance and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs). Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and provide coaching to help team members grow in their roles.
