Proven ability to communicate effectively, manage time, organize project deliverables, and organize reports Experience working with technologies such as web applications, micro services, web apis (REST/GraphQL), databases, etc.. Roles & Responsibilities Work closely with global teams, ensuring alignment and clear communication to address technical and operational needs. Identify, prioritize, and communicate critical tasks to senior management, ensuring DevOps efforts align with business goals. Continuously work on organizing, maintaining, and enhancing systems to improve efficiency, scalability, and performance. Mentor and guide team members in performing observability tasks, ensuring proper monitoring and health checks across systems. Ensure that the team follows best practices for Network Operations Center (NOC) tasks, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining operational stability.
