Role: Lead Software Engineer Front End (Angular) Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu Employment Type: Full-Time Industry: B2B SaaS, Enterprise Software Development Take ownership of the front-end technology stack, architect cutting-edge Angular applications, and mentor a team to deliver pixel-perfect, performant UI/UX. Key Responsibilities Lead design, development, and deployment of complex front-end applications using Angular 14-18. Build responsive, reusable, and modular UI components ensuring pixel-perfect precision. Collaborate with cross-functional teams designers, back-end engineers, and product managers to deliver seamless web experiences. Conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high code quality and development standards. Optimize front-end performance including page speed enhancements and cross-browser compatibility fixes. Leverage Angular Universal and Nest.js for efficient server-side rendering (SSR). Write robust unit tests using Jest; utilize Playwright for end-to-end testing (a strong plus). Architect scalable front-end systems using micro frontends, advanced CSS/SCSS techniques, and event-driven design. Implement performance monitoring and error tracking using tools like Sentry.io. Ensure security best practices in Angular applications to mitigate vulnerabilities. Drive continuous improvement by recommending new tools, frameworks, and best practices. Who You Are Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field. 5+ years of professional experience with Angular framework and mastery in developing pixel-perfect, reusable components. Proficient with TypeScript 4+, HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, and build tools like Webpack and Gulp. Hands-on experience with Angular SSR and Nest.js is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of browser rendering engines, web APIs, and advanced front-end architecture concepts. Expertise in unit testing with Jest and preferably end-to-end testing with Playwright. Skilled in designing event-driven, resilient frontend systems. Deep understanding of performance optimization techniques, including memory profiling and preloading strategies. Familiarity with micro frontends architecture and scalable UI design patterns. Excellent programming fundamentals including design patterns, algorithms, and data structures. Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and inspire teams. Detail-oriented, innovative, and passionate about delivering high-quality web applications.
