Job Title: Technical/IT Recruiter Location: Kolkata Job Description: We are hiring Technical/IT Recruiters to help grow our development team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of various programming and technical roles, enabling them to find the right candidates for different job openings within the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: Excellent English, communication, and interpersonal skills. A highly motivated team player with a strong work ethic and high energy. Ability to interview prospective candidates for various technical job openings. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to make informed hiring decisions. Must be technology-savvy and proficient in using social media for recruitment. Ability to assess candidates based on their experience, knowledge, skills, and qualifications. Identify and attend local job fairs, college recruitment events, IT meet-ups, and other hiring opportunities. Requirements: At least 2 years of relevant experience in technical/IT recruitment. Experience in hiring for LAMP, MEAN, or MERN stack roles is preferred. A graduate degree is required; a Bachelor s in Computer Science or a related field is preferred. A strong understanding of a wide range of IT and programming processes. Previous experience in HR or management is a plus.
