MERN Stack Developer Experience: 2+ years Job Overview We are seeking a talented and motivated MERN Stack Developer with at least 2 years of experience to join our dynamic development team. As a MERN Stack Developer, you will be responsible for building scalable, high-performance web applications by working on both the front-end and back-end of the application. This role demands a strong understanding of Node.js, ReactJS, JavaScript, and web stacks. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful development and deployment of web applications that meet both technical and consumer needs. Key Responsibilities Developing back-end website applications using Node.js and other backend technologies. Creating and managing servers and databases to support website functionality. Ensuring cross-platform optimization for mobile phones and ensuring responsive web applications. Seeing through projects from conception to the final product, ensuring high-quality delivery. Designing, developing, and maintaining APIs to improve application functionality. Meeting both technical requirements and consumer needs while building applications. Staying updated with the latest developments in web applications, programming languages, and frameworks. Compiling and analyzing data, processes, and code to troubleshoot problems and improve performance. Collaborating with front-end developers and other team members to establish objectives and design cohesive codes for a better user experience. Developing ideas for new programs, products, or features by monitoring industry trends and innovations. Preferred Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. 2+ years of hands-on experience in Node.js and ReactJS. Proficiency in JavaScript, web stacks, libraries, and frameworks. Solid understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ReactJS. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving aptitude. Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects effectively.
