Key Responsibilities HR Operations Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. Maintain accurate employee records in HRMS/HRIS systems. Payroll & Compensation Process monthly payroll accurately and timely. Maintain leave, attendance, and salary records. Handle full and final settlements and coordinate with Finance. Ensure correct application of statutory deductions (PF, ESI, PT). Statutory Compliance Ensure adherence to labor laws and HR regulations. Stay updated on labor law changes relevant to the IT sector. Required Skills & Qualifications Master s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 4 years of HR experience in IT services or startup environments. Strong knowledge of payroll, PF, ESI, and statutory compliance. Proficient in Excel and HRMS platforms. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
