Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with quality standards. Develop and enforce robust project management frameworks, tools, and best practices. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to define scope, goals, and deliverables. Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and manage risks, dependencies, and change controls effectively. Leadership & Communication: Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Budget & Risk Management: Proven ability to manage project budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and mitigate risks. Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills to evaluate project metrics and deliver actionable insights for decision-making.
