Tech Support Lead Security Location: Ahmedabad Experience: 5+ Years Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in a relevant technical field Employment Type: Full-Time Role Objective: To lead a technical support team responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and upgrading electronic security systems including Access Control and CCTV, while ensuring timely resolution of incidents and coordination with key accounts and OEMs. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of support engineers handling security systems (Access Control, CCTV, etc.). Database Knowledge: Apply a good understanding of SQL Server and database operations to support application-level troubleshooting and configurations. Core Competencies: Deep knowledge of CCTV, Access Control Systems, and their integration. Strong experience with SQL Server and understanding of database operations. Excellent problem-solving and escalation management skills. Proven ability to lead teams and manage technical documentation. This role combines deep expertise in Microsoft technologies with strong business acumen to drive the pre-sales process, engage with clients, and design customized IT solutions. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in bridging the gap between technical teams and client-facing functions, ensuring the successful positioning of our Microsoft-based services and solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop innovative and scalable solutions using the Microsoft technology stack to address client requirements. Lead the creation and delivery of Proof of Concepts (POCs), product demos, and solution walkthroughs. Collaborate closely with the sales team during the pre-sales lifecycle to understand client pain points and offer tailored solutions. Engage directly with clients to present solutions, address technical queries, and ensure alignment with their business goals. Work with internal technical teams to develop detailed proposals, solution architecture, statements of work (SoWs), and project estimations. Package and enhance existing in-house IPs/solutions and develop reusable solution components. Conduct technical workshops and knowledge transfer sessions for clients and internal stakeholders. Coordinate with the Microsoft team on joint go-to-market efforts and pre-sales initiatives. Technical Skills and Product Knowledge Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 (M365) and Office 365 (O365) solutions. Proficiency in Microsoft Azure including IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service) and PaaS (Platform as a Service) offerings. Knowledge of Microsoft security tools such as Intune, DLP, Microsoft Defender, and Endpoint Management. Familiarity with the Power Platform including Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate. Basic to intermediate understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) applications, including Customer Engagement (CE), Finance & Operations (F&O), and Business Central (BC).
