Financial Analyst (Chartered Accountant) Nagpur 2-4 Years Experience Full-Time Location: Nagpur, IN Experience Required: 2-4 years Job Type: Full-Time Open Positions: 1 Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst (CA) to join our team in Nagpur. As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing general ledger (GL) entries for various fixed income instruments such as derivatives, bonds, and structured products. You will work closely with the technology team to reconcile discrepancies and improve reporting accuracy. Your role will also support the preparation of financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards like IFRS and GAAP. Key Responsibilities: Financial Analysis: Review and analyze GL entries for fixed income instruments including derivatives, bonds, and structured products. Collaboration: Work closely with the technology development team to reconcile discrepancies and enhance reporting accuracy. Valuation & Reporting: Support the valuation, P&L attribution, and preparation of financial statements for fixed income market instruments. Accounting Standards: Ensure proper classification and accounting treatment of financial transactions according to IFRS/GAAP. Process Improvement: Assist in implementing process improvements and automation to streamline financial reporting. Required Skills and Qualifications: Mandatory Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification. CFA (Level II or III) candidate status. Experience & Expertise: 2-4 years of experience in GL reconciliations, accounting policies, and financial reporting. Key Skills: Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
