In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing high-performance, scalable database solutions. You will collaborate closely with developers to write efficient SQL code, define database best practices, and ensure the seamless integration of SQL queries within applications. Key Responsibilities Develop, optimize, and maintain stored procedures, triggers, functions, and views using MS SQL Server Collaborate with application developers to write and improve in-application SQL queries for performance and efficiency Ensure databases are reliable, secure, and scalable Perform query performance tuning and troubleshoot slow-running queries Develop and maintain SSRS reports (preferred) Write testable, reusable, and scalable T-SQL code following best practices Use SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) for database development and management Automate repetitive database tasks using PowerShell or other scripting tools (preferred) Stay updated on the latest database features, techniques, and technologies Participate in code reviews and contribute to database architecture discussions Candidate Profile Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with MS SQL Server 2017/2019 Strong expertise in T-SQL, including advanced queries, joins, and subqueries Proficient in using SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) Good understanding of database design principles, indexing, and normalization Experience in SSRS report development is a strong advantage Familiarity with PowerShell scripting is a plus Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning new technologies Ability to understand complex business logic and translate it into efficient SQL solutions Excellent communication and collaboration skills Work on challenging and impactful database projects Collaborative, innovation-driven work culture Exposure to modern database tools and performance tuning techniques Competitive compensation and professional development opportunities If you re passionate about writing clean, efficient SQL code and eager to work in a fast-paced, tech-forward environment, we d love to hear from you.
