Communication & Collaboration: Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to understand functional requirements and provide ongoing updates to ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions. Act as the bridge between business users and development teams. Business Process Understanding: Understand customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements. Create Use Cases, GUI designs, and screen/interface designs to ensure solutions meet user needs. Development Methodology: Apply appropriate development methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall to ensure timely completion of projects. Support mid-development client reviews, QA procedures, and unit testing to ensure quality deliverables.
