Job Responsibilities Independently provide quality work products for engagements, following Oracle methodologies and best practices. Execute end-to-end HCM Cloud implementations with a strong focus on Core HR and at least one additional HCM module. Lead functional design, configuration, and testing activities for Oracle HCM Cloud implementations. Collaborate with customers in requirement gathering workshops, solution design, testing, and go-live support. Guide and mentor team members, allocate work, and monitor progress. Participate in business development activities and contribute to solution innovation. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to integrations, reports, and functional configurations. Act as a functional team lead on projects, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction. Functional Expertise (Required Skills) 7-12 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud with at least 3 end-to-end implementations and 1+ project as a lead. Strong knowledge of Core HR and at least one of the following: Time and Labor Absence Management Payroll Benefits Compensation Recruiting Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment. Strong client-facing skills with experience in conducting workshops and presentations. Technical Expertise (Preferred Skills) Strong understanding of the Data Model and Business Processes in Oracle HCM Cloud and Oracle EBS/PeopleSoft AU (HRMS). Expertise in HCM Cloud Conversions, Integrations (HCM Extracts & BIP), and Reporting (OTBI & BIP). Hands-on experience with Fusion technologies including: HDL (HCM Data Loader) HCM Extracts Fast Formulas BI Publisher Reports Design Studio Knowledge of OIC, ADF, Java, PaaS, DBCS is an added advantage.
