The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with design tools and front-end technologies, and a proven ability to craft custom, visually engaging web layouts. Key Responsibilities Design custom, visually compelling web interfaces based on project requirements. Create PSD designs and slice them for integration into web projects. Utilize tools such as Photoshop, InDesign, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap 3, and jQuery. Work independently with minimal supervision, while maintaining high-quality standards. Stay current with emerging web design trends, tools, and technologies. Manage multiple design projects in a fast-paced, Agile development environment. Collaborate with developers and, where applicable, provide guidance and mentorship. Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to design challenges. Required Skills Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap 3, and jQuery. Solid understanding of responsive and user-centered design principles. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Excellent time management and multitasking abilities. Strong communication skills with proficiency in English (written and spoken).
