Evaluate and onboard freelancers/vendors as needed. Study and understand client requirements, create instruction documents, and produce conversion samples. Analyze customer requirements to define tool requirements and document for automation. Work independently or in a team to meet tight deadlines. Skills & Experience Strong knowledge of XML, including both book and journal XML formats. Hands-on experience working with DTD, MathML, and XML editors (Epsilon, XML Exchanger, Oxygen XML, Notepad++, etc.). Familiarity with digital technologies such as XPath, XSLT, Schema, and ePub. Experience with third-party deliverables like PubMed, PMC, Ingenta, HighWire, Atypon, and Crossref. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Strong attention to detail, ability to maintain quality under pressure, and a proactive learning attitude.
