Roles & Responsibilities: Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to document business requirements assist in translating them into technical specifications. Responsible for forecasting, procuring, and managing Salesforce licenses to support the needs of Product Teams. Solution Design Support: Work with Salesforce teams to design scalable solutions that align with best practices.
