Provide actionable insights to stakeholders based on data analysis to support data-driven decisions and business growth. Identify areas for automation to enhance productivity and serve as a liaison between IT and operations for implementation. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in analytics tools to drive continuous improvement. Lead data governance initiatives, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and security. Partner with IT teams to optimize data infrastructure, systems, and tools for efficient data processing. Communicate complex findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior management, through presentations, reports, and visualizations. Promote a culture of data-driven decision-making, fostering a continuous improvement mindset across the organization. Requirements: Bachelor s degree in Business Management, Data Analytics, or related field; Master s degree preferred. 8-10 years of experience in analytics or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Strong track record in delivering impactful insights and recommendations based on data analysis. Experience in formulating and executing analytics strategies in a corporate setting. Solid understanding of data governance principles and practices. Exceptional people and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with data visualization tools and best practices. Experience with large datasets and statistical analysis techniques. Relevant certifications in analytics tools or methodologies are a plus.
