Responsibilities: Comprehensive understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and its processes. Design, implement and refine SDLC process to ensure they meet organizational and project requirements. Work with development team, project managers, quality assurance, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth integration and adherence to SDLC processes. Identify the Identify potential risks and bottlenecks in the SDLC and develop strategies to mitigate them. Ensure that processes address risk management effectively. Conduct regular audits and submit reports to ensure compliance with established standards and practices. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of SDLC processes, standards, and guidelines. Ensure that all team members are informed of process changes and updates. Utilize Office for creating, managing, and presenting documentation. Manage version control and code repositories using GIT. Ensure adherence to ISO standards, including ISO 9001 and ISO 27001. Requirements: Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies and best practices. Proficiency with SDLC management tools and software. Internal Auditor certification is desirable. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Scrum Master certification will be an added advantage.
