Knowledge around Motors (Preferably Industrial Motors) Knowledge around control Panels / Junction Box/ sensors. Knowledge about E-Plan/ Teamcenter It will be added advantage if you aware about Siemens and Allen Bradely software, Altium Designer, B&R Solution studio.
