The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Java 8+, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and microservices architecture, along with a passion for building scalable, high-performance applications. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java-based applications. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver features. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in line with best coding practices. Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues to ensure application stability. Optimize applications for performance, responsiveness, and scalability. Conduct and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency. Stay up to date with emerging Java technologies, tools, and best practices. Required Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Java 8 or above. Hands-on experience with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Hibernate. Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. Proficiency in working with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle. Experience using version control systems like Git. Familiarity with build tools such as Maven or Gradle. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies. Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills. Preferred Skills: Domain expertise in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance). Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Knowledge of front-end technologies such as Angular or React is a plus. Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization and orchestration tools.
