Job Summary: The ServiceNow Solution Architect is responsible for delivering comprehensive ServiceNow integration solutions for complex client environments. This role requires a deep understanding of key ServiceNow technologies such as Integration Hub, SSO, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, and others. The Solution Architect will lead technical delivery, manage stakeholder relationships, and deliver solutions in both agile and traditional software project methodologies. Additionally, the role involves mentoring and leading offshore development teams and collaborating closely with engagement leads, project managers, and business analysts. Key Responsibilities: 1. Position Purpose: Cencora is seeking an Application Development Lead to design, configure, and customize the Archer platform. This role involves leading the configuration of new and existing Archer applications, ensuring the system supports all operational environments, and managing the end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for Archer applications. Primary Duties & Responsibilities System Support: Ensure adequate system support for components like databases, operating systems, network interfaces, and servers. Lead Administrator: Act as the lead administrator for enterprise applications, resolving system problems and enhancing system functionality. Subject Matter Expert: Serve as a platform expert, educating colleagues on Archer's capabilities and applications, and act as a liaison with IT technical teams.
