Position: Junior Executive / Executive Marketing Location: Haridwar Job Overview: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to support our sales and marketing operations. The role involves tracking sales data, managing customer orders, coordinating with internal teams, and generating marketing reports. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing and order processing, with strong analytical and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Track and analyze sales data to support planning and reporting activities. Maintain inventory of promotional materials and ensure accurate database management. Prepare and present sales and marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing relevant data. Process customer orders received via email or phone, and accurately enter them into SAP. Update internal systems with detailed and up-to-date order information. Conduct timely follow-ups with clients regarding new/repeat orders and outstanding payments. Support the sales team with insights on market trends, forecasts, and account analyses. Monitor individual sales performance and compare actual results with planned targets. Coordinate with the Production Planning and Dispatch teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery. Required Candidate Profile: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven work experience in a marketing or sales coordination role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Hands-on experience with SAP or other ERP systems. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work collaboratively across departments. Qualification : Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
