Robotics Engineer Experience: 2+ years Location: Vadodara, Gujarat Role & Responsibilities: We are seeking a highly skilled Robotics Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and optimizing robotic systems, and will be proficient in integrating them with existing systems. The responsibilities will include: Research & Design: Conduct research to determine the parameters and specifications of a robotic application. Design robotic systems from concept to completion, ensuring integration with existing systems as needed. Design and develop robotic arms, mechanical mechanisms, electromechanical systems, and electrical systems based on project requirements. System Integration & Optimization: Integrate robotic systems with other technologies and optimize the functionality of robotic systems post-deployment. Develop cost-effective processes for producing robotic systems and ensure efficient production. Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation for all robotic systems, including design specifications, manuals, and maintenance instructions. Monitoring & Improvement: Monitor the use of robotic systems in real-time and make adjustments as needed to improve their performance and reliability. CAD/CAM Expertise: Utilize CAD/CAM software to create detailed designs and prototypes for robotic systems. Use tools and perform mechanical tasks like soldering, welding, and metal cutting with precision. Software & Algorithm Development: Work on implementing ROS packages and algorithms for mapping, localization, sensor fusion, and navigation. Develop multi-threaded applications and work with technologies like Simultaneous Localization and Mapping (SLAM) and Virtual SLAM (VSLAM). Implement and work with Light Detection and Ranging (LIDAR) technologies. Electrical & Communication Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of electrical wiring, computer software engineering, and IO communication with different peripheral devices. Ability to work with communication systems between devices and robotic systems. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in the robotics field, with a focus on robotic system design, development, and integration. Education: Diploma or B.Tech in Electronics & Communication, Electrical, or Mechatronics. Skills & Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of CAD/CAM software. Well-versed in robotics, including ROS, SLAM, VSLAM, and LIDAR technologies. Strong mathematical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to use tools for soldering, welding, and metal cutting with precision. Experience working on multi-threaded applications and software development for robotics. Knowledge of electrical wiring and IO communication with peripheral devices.
