The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile project management, technical expertise in cloud and DevOps, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution: Develop and manage Jira project plans, sprints, and tasks, ensure project scope and goals align with project objectives. Agile Leadership: Lead Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, remove blockers, and drive continuous improvement. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with technical teams, product owners, and clients, provide clear project updates, risk assessments, and mitigation plans. Risk & Issue Management: Identify and mitigate risks early to avoid project delays, track issues in Jira, maintaining transparency across teams. Resource Coordination: Work with Engineering, QA, and DevOps teams to manage resources effectively, balance workloads to ensure timely project completion. Quality Assurance & Delivery: Ensure deliverables meet technical and business requirements, champion process improvements, and conduct post-project retrospectives. Requirements 7+ years of experience in technical project management. Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Proven expertise in managing multiple projects using Jira. Agile/Scrum certifications (CSM, PMI-ACP) preferred. Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) and DevOps practices. Strong collaboration and communication skills with both executives and engineers. Preferred Qualification Experience with AI/ML projects and data governance. Knowledge of security standards like SOC 2 and GDPR in enterprise environments. Qualification : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
