Key Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets Develop and implement effective business strategies to increase store footfall and profitability Recruit, onboard, and manage store staff while fostering a performance-driven culture Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly Ensure full compliance with all health, safety, and operational regulations Plan and manage promotional activities, in-store displays, and visual merchandising Monitor buying trends, analyze customer preferences, and prepare detailed sales and performance reports Oversee store administration tasks, including budget management and financial reporting Maintain optimal inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and coordinate with suppliers Qualifications & Requirements: Minimum 8 years of experience in retail, with at least 3 5 years in a Store Manager or similar leadership role Proven success in achieving sales goals and managing high-performing teams Strong business acumen and a customer-centric approach Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills In-depth knowledge of retail operations and best practices Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
