Build applied ML products using the latest ML techniques and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, deep learning, natural language processing). Drive engineering projects and ML model development to enable agentic automation and deliver scalable solutions. Collaborate with leadership across functions to identify new opportunities, design solutions, and shape the vision for AI/ML in the IT and Support space. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of experience in software development using one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript). 5 years of experience with machine learning algorithms and tools (e.g., TensorFlow) or applied ML (e.g., deep learning, natural language processing). 3 years of technical leadership experience, including 2 years in people management or team supervision. Preferred Qualifications Master s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. Strong knowledge of AI/ML algorithms, techniques, and tools. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
