Skills and Experience That Drive Success 12+ years of professional experience, including proven experience in client service roles, ideally within analytics or related industries. Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively. Strong presentation and report-writing capabilities. Strong execution skills, with the ability to monitor and manage team performance using reports, dashboards, and other tracking tools. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities, particularly in numerical analysis using Microsoft Excel. Hands-on experience managing escalations and resolving complex client issues effectively. Demonstrated people management experience, with the ability to lead large teams and oversee service delivery operations. A Bachelor s degree in Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field. Professional certifications like CFA or FRM are a plus.
