Your Role and Responsibilities We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Sourcing Leader to drive strategic sourcing initiatives, foster supplier relationships, and align sourcing strategies with business objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing comprehensive sourcing strategies, managing category-specific solutions, and ensuring stakeholder collaboration across global procurement operations (US, APAC, EMEA regions). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in contract negotiation and supplier management. Leadership experience with a focus on talent development and team management. Open to working night shifts (6:30 PM 3:30 AM IST). Experience in global procurement, especially across US, APAC, and EMEA regions. Preferred Qualifications Master s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) or CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management).
