Escalation Management: Escalate complex issues when necessary to ensure timely resolution and proper handling of challenging cases. Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience as a Collection Officer or in a similar role, preferably in the financial or healthcare sector. Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate with clients, resolve conflicts, and secure payments while maintaining professionalism. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to speak persuasively and listen actively.
