This individual will oversee the QE delivery from conception to production support, leading a team to ensure quality excellence. Key Responsibilities: Technical Leadership: Lead high-performing QE teams, mentor team members, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve quality objectives. Quality Strategy & Implementation: Oversee the entire SDLC, ensuring comprehensive testing across functional, non-functional, and performance aspects. Track quality metrics and promote best practices. Automation & Tooling: Design and enhance test automation frameworks for various platforms, integrating scripts into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing. Performance & Security Testing: Lead efforts for performance, scalability, and security testing, ensuring systems are reliable and secure. Test Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive test plans, ensuring complete test coverage, including edge cases and user workflows. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Communicate quality updates, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders, contributing thought leadership through presentations and knowledge-sharing. Required Qualifications: Technical Skills: Strong programming in Java, Python, or JavaScript. Proficiency in tools like Selenium, Postman, JMeter, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI. QE Expertise: Experience in Agile/DevOps, API testing, performance testing, and database validation. Familiarity with cloud-based testing environments (AWS, Azure, GCP). Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field. Certifications: QA certifications (e.g., ISTQB, Certified Agile Tester) and expertise in testing e-Learning or Learning Management Systems (LMS). Qualification : Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
