Liquidity Layer: Transition away from primitive hedging models by increasing the sophistication of liquidity management. Client-Facing Initiatives: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate client needs into technical features and product requirements as the platform expands into new markets. Work closely with Sales and Revenue teams to ensure alignment of product development with client demands and technical capabilities. Product Lifecycle Management: Own the product lifecycle from concept to execution, driving the Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for Midas and other product initiatives. Create testing frameworks and test cases for product releases, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained. 7. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Engineering, Partnerships, Operations, and Compliance teams to capture all technical requirements for successful product launches. Qualifications Experience: 4-7 years of proven experience in technical product management with a focus on API development and management.
