Job Requirements What You Will Do: Design, develop, and configure customized solutions for enhancements and projects using the full CPQ toolset. Provide day-to-day CPQ platform and user support. Define, estimate, and shape CPQ technical solutions following best practices. Maintain and configure development and test instances for internal sandboxes. Participate in business meetings with BSAs to understand requirements. Resolve issues in UAT and provide post-production support for CPQ functionality. Stay updated with new features and technologies, proactively exploring ways to maximize their potential. Contribute to building and troubleshooting process automation across the Salesforce instance. Collaborate in a virtual team environment, sharing expertise across different geographies. Candidate Profile: Hands-on expertise in Salesforce CPQ. Experience implementing Salesforce CPQ in Agile software development environments. Strong background in all phases of software development, including requirement gathering, analysis, design, development, implementation, integration, and enhancement in Salesforce projects. Proficiency in Apex Classes, Visualforce, Triggers, Workflow Rules, Assignment Rules, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, Apex Triggers, and Test Classes. Experience in configuration, customization, and development using the full CPQ toolset. Essential Qualifications: Salesforce CPQ developer role with hands-on coding ability. 5+ years of experience in Salesforce, with at least 2 years in CPQ development (Apex/Visualforce). Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com, Force.com platform, APEX programming, Salesforce configuration, security model, AppExchange applications, LWC, and CPQ. Technical expertise in OOP concepts, programming languages, and web-based applications. Knowledge of data migration, integration tools, APIs, and web services. Salesforce CPQ certification is preferred.

Job Requirements What You Will Do: Collaborate with the capability centre and POD teams to integrate new technologies and provide architectural design. Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions, leveraging Salesforce platforms and products. Assess and communicate the benefits and risks of proposed solutions in terms of feasibility and functionality. Develop and present customer proposals, including detailed bottom-up cost estimates. Provide pre-sales support and actively participate in customer interactions and presentations. Contribute to analyst citations by supporting survey responses, citation development, and presentations. Analyse market trends and conceptualize assets and accelerators to address customer needs. Essential Qualifications: 10 to 12 years of experience in CRM solutions, with at least 6 years in Salesforce. Hands-on experience in Salesforce Architecture is mandatory. Proficiency in SOQL, SOSL Queries, Developer Console, Eclipse Force.com IDE/Maven IDE, Salesforce platform logs, Lightning, Apex Class, VisualForce, Process Builder, and Triggers. Salesforce Architect Certification (CTA/SA) is a plus. Experience in at least 3 Sales Cloud implementations and integrations. Experience in at least 2 Service Cloud implementations and integrations. Exposure to Marketing Cloud and Community Cloud. Expertise in data modelling, data migration, and both API and user interface development principles. Experience with third-party application/platform integrations. Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning application development. Solid understanding of SDLC processes and quality standards.

Job Requirements What you will do Understanding business requirements and translating the same into technical solutions. Lead the end-to-end delivery of a Salesforce.com project, which shall involve designing, building, integrating, testing, and deploying a Salesforce.com CRM or Force.com solution. Designing and documenting technical specifications and best practices. Follow project plans with detailed task distribution and execute projects using agile methodologies to ensure the project is delivered on time and beyond customer expectations. Lead and mentor the team in managing technical scope and client expectations, leveraging relationships with external resources, and appropriately engaging them when needed. Build relationships with internal and external teams and contribute to broader goals and growth beyond the scope of the current project. Travel to customer sites for Requirements gathering, Assessment or Training, etc. Essential Qualifications Bachelor s degree in computer science or related field and/or equivalent experience. Minimum 10 years experience with at least 6 years in implementing Salesforce.com. Experience in working with remote teams that shall involve gathering requirements from the customer and documenting the requirement specifications. Experience in planning and executing projects using Agile methodologies. Experience in designing and implementing solutions by mapping customers business processes to Salesforce.com features like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce1. Experience in integrating Salesforce.com with other systems using middle-wares like Dell Boomi, TIBCO, etc., and direct API calls. Possess excellent written and verbal business communication skills to communicate. Certified Salesforce Consultant (Salesforce DEV-401 Certified, Salesforce ADM-201 Certified, Salesforce Sales, or Service Cloud Certified). Certified Salesforce.com Architect. Qualification : Bachelors degree in computer science or related field and/or equivalent experience.

Experience in integrating enterprise applications with other API enabled Business Systems (i.e., Salesforce.com, NetSuite, Jira, Microsoft Office 365, Eloqua/ other marketing solutions etc.), is considered to be a plus VisualForce and Sites page development. Experience with technologies integral to Salesforce.com including: HTML/XHTML, jQuery, JavaScript, AJAX, SQL, SOAP, REST, JSON, Apex, SOQL and Triggers. Experience in moving code from lower sandboxes to the production environment and address issues related to functionality, integration, etc. Salesforce.com Communities, Partner/Customer Portal implementation, Knowledge Base Experience with Salesforce.com security model and sharing rules. Experience in troubleshooting and working with end-users to ensure that applications meet theirs. Develop and create customized reports and dashboards Keep abreast of new Salesforce features and functionality. Ability to think through multiple solutions to a problem set and look ahead for possible conflicts. Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally Certifications and nice to haves: In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the SFDC CRM application coupled with a good understanding of the business processes (Client Support, Sales, Marketing, Partner Management, etc.).
