Hands-on experience with mainframe migration and modernization tools like Micro Focus, Astadia, mLogica, and experience in data migration from mainframes to modern databases. Preferred Qualifications: 4 years of experience in Java development, especially with the Spring Boot framework. Experience in leading and delivering multiple mainframe modernization projects using tools such as Micro Focus, mLogica, Astadia, Java, etc. Proven experience in leading the scoping, proposal development, and writing of Statements of Work (SOW) for mainframe modernization projects. Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud platforms. Knowledge of IT security best practices (e.g., encryption, certificates, key management). About the Role: As a Cloud Mainframe Modernization Consultant, you will guide customers through configuring, migrating, and deploying their mainframe systems to Google Cloud. In this role, you may travel to customer sites to deploy solutions and conduct workshops to educate and empower customers.
