Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience in software development and AI solutions. Proficiency in Spring Boot, React, Python, and AI/ML techniques for data engineering and insights generation. 2+ years of experience in deploying AI models to production. Proven experience in technology leadership, including architecture design, technology selection, and full-stack implementation. Skills & Expertise: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience identifying opportunities and facilitating cross-functional collaboration to improve digital experiences and streamline service processes. Experience in the telecom network domain is a plus. Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing diverse global teams and driving AI initiatives. Industry recognition, participation in standards/professional bodies, and patents/publications are beneficial. Desired Skills: Leadership in Global Teams: Previous leadership in a global setting is highly desirable. Telecom Network Domain Knowledge: At least 5 years of experience in the telecom network domain is preferred.
