About the Product - FinBox LOS for NSTP Lending Our Lending Origination System (LOS) caters specifically to NSTP flows and manual underwriting, optimizing business processes through efficient configurations, intelligent automation, and improved team collaboration. This solution is adaptable across multiple lending use cases, including secured lending, high-ticket business loans, small-ticket loans, home loans, and more. Role and Responsibilities Product Strategy & Management Align with founders on business strategy and vision. Devise a product strategy that supports both short-term and long-term business priorities. Translate strategic goals into a detailed product roadmap, including APIs, user journeys, back-office dashboards, and analytics. Supervise the execution of the product roadmap, ensuring timely and efficient delivery. Collaborate with marketing teams on positioning, messaging, and product marketing strategies. Business Strategy Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders from LSPs, Banks, NBFCs, and FinTechs. Participate actively in the sales cycle through product demos, solution design, and stakeholder engagement. Engage senior business stakeholders through demos, sales calls, webinars, and events. Leadership Lead and mentor Associate Product Managers (APMs) and manage sprint cycles effectively. Collaborate with Engineering Managers to ensure excellent delivery and maintain delivery hygiene. Proven Track Record: Success in launching and scaling B2B products, API products, or tech products. Tech Savvy: Experience with financial services integration patterns and data flows.
