In this role, you will be an integral part of the Machine Learning Platforms/Data Science team, focusing on developing, testing, and deploying Generative AI models for enterprise use cases. You ll work closely with architects, developers, and product teams to deliver state-of-the-art AI solutions. Core Responsibilities: Build production-grade Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions with advanced retrieval, re-ranking, and optimization techniques. Develop GenAI applications using LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Vector Stores, leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs). Fine-tune LLMs for specific business use cases (preferred). Design and implement end-to-end machine learning and NLP solutions, including data preprocessing, modeling, and deployment. Deploy ML solutions in production using cloud services such as Azure or AWS. Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure alignment of AI solutions with organizational goals. Lead and mentor team members, promoting best practices in data science and AI/ML. Qualifications: Required: 4+ years of experience in developing end-to-end machine learning and NLP projects. Hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and advanced RAG techniques. Proficiency in building GenAI applications using LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Vector Stores. Strong expertise in Python and SQL for data science projects. Experience deploying ML models in production environments on Azure or AWS. Strong business acumen, stakeholder management, and team-leading skills. Preferred: Experience fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs) for business use cases. Familiarity with cloud-native AI/ML services and scalable architecture.
