Familiarity with defect control, rewinding machines, and production quality checks. Strong understanding of safety protocols in handling e-beam or radiation-emitting equipment. BARC Certification (mandatory) for working with Gamma and Electron Beam equipment. Preferred Experience: Prior work in the cable manufacturing industry with direct e-beam machine handling. You will be responsible for overseeing quality control processes, conducting inspections, analyzing production data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in product quality and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and conduct quality inspections throughout the aluminium extrusion process to ensure compliance with customer requirements and industry standards. Perform visual and dimensional inspections to detect defects such as surface irregularities, warping, or out-of-spec measurements. Analyze production workflows to identify and implement quality improvements along the extrusion lines.
