KPI Monitoring & Reporting **Monitor and measure departmental KPIs** to ensure that goals are met and performance standards are maintained. Safety Compliance In collaboration with the Safety Manager, ensure that safety programs are continually improved to **reduce accident severity and frequency.** Preventive Maintenance Coordination Release equipment for preventive maintenance and work with the maintenance department to ensure that it is completed on schedule. Timely Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on ongoing and completed tasks to the Lead Sustaining Engineering. Effective Communication: Ensure smooth communication between the US and India teams, facilitating knowledge transfer and problem-solving in real-time. Process Documentation: Assist in documenting debugging steps, troubleshooting techniques, and issue resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference. About You: Education: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and React.js for full-stack development. Knowledge of SQL and database management for troubleshooting issues. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). Ability to debug and troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively. Additional Skills: Strong knowledge of Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) is a plus. A solid understanding of system architecture and the software lifecycle. Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to changing priorities.
