Design mediation workflows, adhering to standards and defining business logic and data validation rules. Conduct design review walk-throughs with stakeholders. Act as the primary point of contact for the development team on mediation services. Support the testing team by resolving design-related queries, reviewing test plans, and validating test results during various testing phases (UAT, FAT). Create acceptance criteria as part of the requirements documentation to guide developers and testers in creating test cases and validating outputs against business requirements.
